Cancellation & Date Change Policy

This policy applies to individual cabin reservations only. Lodge buyouts, weddings, retreats, and other group reservations are subject to separate cancellation and date change policies.

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and date change policy before booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 14 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.

• 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed up until 14 days before check-in.

Within 14 days of check-in, date changes are not permitted, and the cancellation policy above applies.
