7-cabins have a gas fireplace - no wood needed. The communal gathering space has a wood stove - bring your own firewood.

The full commercial kitchen is available for your caterer to prep and for you to host your own hand crafted meals on-site.

Kitchenettes in each cabin have all the essentials if you're inclined to make a meal, grill on the outdoor gas and wood BBQ's, enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.

Head outside to the outdoor furniture, sip your coffee and watch the sunrise over Mt Shasta or gaze at the stars. Eat a meal on one of the patio tables.

There are 21-spaces in the paved parking lot, 30-spaces in the overflow lot and free street parking for overflow vehicles.

No Pets allowed.

No Unregistered Guests: This is not a place to host friends or family who are not registered and staying at this home.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be considerate of fellow guests and our wonderful neighbors.

No outdoor fires at any time! For grilling use one of the outdoor propane grills or you may only use charcoal in the open masonry grill.

Sensitive Plumbing: Please only flush toilet paper. Never flush wipes, diapers or feminine hygiene products.

Please don’t pour food grease down sink drains or the toilet. Please dispose of grease in the trash instead.

Don’t take any indoor furniture outside.

If you are the last person leaving the unit at anytime, please turn off lights before you leave.

Please remember to lock all doors and windows when you leave the house at anytime.

All cancellations must be made in writing and delivered to Owner at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the Event Date hereinabove in order to receive a refund of 50% of the Total Rental Rate. There are no refunds for any Non-Refundable Reservation Deposits. Renter(s) is responsible for payment in full if the event is canceled within 60 days or less of the event date as provided hereinabove. Renter(s) recognize that the foregoing cancellation policy is not intended to be punitive, but reflect Owner foregoing actual or potential business opportunities in reserving the venue for Renter(s) and diminished ability to rent the venue in the event of a cancellation.
