No Unregistered Guests: This is not a place to host friends or family who are not registered and staying at this home.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be considerate of fellow guests and our wonderful neighbors.
No outdoor fires at any time! For grilling use one of the outdoor propane grills or you may only use charcoal in the open masonry grill.
Sensitive Plumbing: Please only flush toilet paper. Never flush wipes, diapers or feminine hygiene products.
Please don’t pour food grease down sink drains or the toilet. Please dispose of grease in the trash instead.
Don’t take any indoor furniture outside.
If you are the last person leaving the unit at anytime, please turn off lights before you leave.
Please remember to lock all doors and windows when you leave the house at anytime.

Cabin Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 14-days before check-in will get back a 100% refund (minus the 3% processing fee). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund (minus the 3% processing fee). Otherwise, they will not get a refund.

Kitchen has all the essentials if you're inclined to make a meal, grill on the outdoor gas and wood BBQ's, enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.
Head outside to the outdoor furniture, sip your coffee and watch the sunrise over Mt Shasta or gaze at the stars. Eat a meal on one of the patio tables.
